Overview

This privacy policy applies to the English and German pages at lazercrm.com.tr (/en and /de). It explains which personal data are processed when you visit these pages and when you contact us. We collect as little data as possible.

Hosting and delivery

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to the server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. The hosting provider processes these data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks (server log files). Static files such as images may be delivered through a content delivery network (CDN).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookie-free visitor statistics

We count page views with our own statistics, which do not use cookies. For each page view we store the page visited, the source (for example a search engine, a direct visit or a link from another website), device type, browser, operating system and country.

On the English and German pages, the IP address is shortened before it is stored (the last part is removed), so it can no longer be linked to a specific person. The country is determined on our own server from a locally stored IP database; no data are sent to third parties for this. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, no page view is recorded.

For comparison: on the Turkish website (lazercrm.com.tr) the full IP address is stored and deleted after 90 days.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which content is useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No Google Analytics, no advertising cookies

The English and German pages do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks or tracking cookies. Purely technical preferences, such as your choice between the light and dark theme, are kept only in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made.

Calculators

All calculators on this website run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are neither sent to us nor stored.

Contacting us by e-mail or WhatsApp

If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we process your message, your contact details and any files you send in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a possible contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). Its own privacy policy applies, and data may also be transferred to countries outside the EU, such as the USA. If you would rather avoid this, please contact us by e-mail.

We are based in Türkiye, so your enquiry is handled by us in Türkiye. We delete enquiries once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to:
