How it works

No retyping of part lists and no price guessing — the quote comes from the cutting report and your own rates.

Drop in the Metalix report
Export the job report from Metalix (MetalX) as a DOCX file and drop it into the quote screen. Reports from Metalix are supported today; DXF import is not part of LazerCRM.
Sheets, weight and cutting time are read
For every sheet in the report, LazerCRM reads thickness, weight, cutting time and quantity — the numbers you would otherwise copy by hand.
Priced with your own rates
Cutting is priced per minute from the selected machine's rate for the assist gas — oxygen, nitrogen or air. Material is priced per kg, and customer-specific prices apply where you have agreed them.
Branded PDF quote
The quote goes out as a PDF with your logo. The quote list shows what is still pending and how many days each quote has been waiting.
Accepted quote becomes a job
One step turns the accepted quote into a job order with machine, gas, material, time, weight and price — the same figures, no second entry.
Receivables and payments
Payments, cheques and open balances per customer, with ageing, so you know who owes what and for how long.
